Dear Friends,

A new year for us all so my intention is to keep the momentum in supporting those who have trained with the school, and their students.

As the Chief instructor of the school, I will be offering the following training seminars. These are specialty seminars so if you can, please exploit the opportunity they afford you.

Saturday January 27^th: This day is open to Level 1 and Level 2 Instructors, and their students.

Module 1 – 9:30am to 1:00pm
The opening of the Nei Gong routes of the legs through the lower body stances, movements in the Tai Chi form. This has to do with understanding the importance of the connection between the psoas muscles, sartorial, & inguinal ligaments. We will be seeking enhanced internal movement, efficiency, smoothness in our practice, with a particular focus on the transference of energy as a wave motion.

Module 2 – 2:00pm to 5:00pm
The application of the above to selected aspects of the form, demonstrating how internal groundedness allows us to enter more successfully the middle Dantien/heart-sphere and move healing energy through the body.

Module 3 – 5:30pm to 8:00pm
“Changing the emotional landscape of one’s being”. Reviewing and advancing the core meditation practice to awaken the inner heart-sphere within it (neigong vibrational power). We will be using sound healing to effect the above.

The above can be done as individual modules for €100 each, or all 3 together for €250

Sunday January 28^th: This training is only for 2nd level Qi Gong & Tai Chi Instructors.

The day involves:
-Advanced White Crane Nei gong applications to the Tai chi form…opening the route to the 3^rd Dantien/mind-sphere.
-Deeper psychic work in the Neigong grid to strengthen the spirit.

Obviously the work on Saturday greatly complements this.

9:30am to 1:30pm: Two-legged standing training & its application to the form.
2:30pm to 6:00pm: One-legged standing training & its application to the form.

The fee here is €200.

However, if you do both days the fee will be €400e
