Alison Traynor was certified as a Level 1 Qi Gong Instructor in November 2023 and as a Level 2 Qi Gong Instructor in June 2024. She is a Registered Qi Gong Instructor with the School.

“I was introduced to Solar Sound Healing in 2003 when I attended Gary Collins (founder of the Jade Sun School) and found this system of healing to be powerful on many levels.

My own experience of Solar Sound Healing opened up in me an interest in self-healing and personal development and I later began to study ‘Spiritual Heart Science’ at the Jade Sun School.

I qualified through the school as a Solar Sound Healer in May 2016.

I went on to qualify as a facilitator of the Jade Sun School’s ‘Care for the Self’ Meditation program in 2016 and, in 2023, certified as a teacher of Module 1 of the school syllabus; ‘Connecting with your Unconditional Self’.

All of the tools I have learned at the Jade Sun School (and continue to practice) have brought so much clarity into my life. I feel more centred, more grounded, more present, more alive and more open-hearted. This has encouraged me greatly to offer something back into the community through this system of transformational healing that I have gained so much from.

I also work as an Artist creating Sacred Artworks. I am passionate about bringing the practice of ‘Spiritual Heart Science’ into my artwork. Every piece offers a spiritual truth and, while this helps in my own healing, my aim and intention within every painting is to bring light and hope to others.

Qi Gong Classes

Alison offers morning and evening classes as well as private Qi Gong & Taoist Yoga classes (beginners) in Gusserane, Co. Wexford and private classes in Sandycove, Co. Dublin. She is also a registered Practitioner of Solar Sound Healing (see www.jadesunschool.com).
