Lecture and instruction on the purpose and structure of meditation for self-development and healing. The possibility of Bodhisattvic consciousness rooted in ‘Non-Dual’ awareness of self and others.
Part 2:

Review of ‘Opening the Energy Gates’ via postural energetics and the White Crane Method of Qi Gong

Part 3:

The application of the above to sitting meditation
Lunch break

Part 4:

The experiential engagement of the Human energy field, the ability to ‘feel’ your own etheric field
Part 5

Applying this experience to sitting mediation, expansion from body to energy; resulting in profoiund peace, stillness, groundedness, harmony and nourishment
